La Nej Garrison earned her Master of Arts in Philosophy of Religion and Ethics from Talbot School of Theology, La Mirada, CA.  Here she is pictured with her dad, Elder Irving Tolbert, on graduation night.  (She earned her B.A. from Biola University where she majored in Theatre Arts.)

La Nej is married to Biola grad and pro basketball player, Matthew Garrison.  They are the parents of two boys, Josiah Matthew and Judah Roy.  The family resides in California.
