Small group discipleship is key to church growth.  When believers enjoy the intimacy of a group of 12 or fewer, defenses are dropped and real accountability occurs.

Confidentiality is key to the success of any small group.  Train leaders in just a few sessions with these simple steps:

Week 1--Introduction: Your Conversion Testimony

Begin by having each member of the small group training session share his or her conversion testimony by answering the question, "What major event/s in your life led you to receive Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior?"
